    Have Patience Malcolm, A little birdie told me we could even see building work starting there next month! Unfortunately it was a Swallow and I was also told that one does'nt make a Summer.     tomtom gets first prize of 10 "Free Pint Tickets" to be used in the Bar of the new Sports and Leisure Facility to be built at Gallagher Park, If we keep fighting! I was standing on the Welwyn Bridge the year is 1980. This photo was taken from the same spot on Friday Morning last week but can't get exactly the same angle for the trees.

    There are establishments in the town that do not permit bad language, Bedlington Market place Club being one of them.if it is used on these premises the customer is asked to refrain and if it happens again they would be asked to leave.The management would then decide if they will accept an apology or ban the customer for a set period. As for you stating that you have not had a complaint about bad language being used on your premises,if you refer back to your first post YOU WERE THE ONE THAT COMPLAINED. You started to dig a hole for yourself with your first post by condemning your own customers and its getting deeper and deeper.

    This post proves the point that I was trying to make, the initial accusation is bringing bad publicity to the town, The sad part is if you read his comments on the subject he contradicts himself and still has'nt answered the question "do you tolerate bad language in your pub" Don't let this guy put you off patronising the towns pubs, we're not all bad

    The mistake was He/She said "most of the drinking fraternity" There are decent people in the town using the public houses that have been insulted by this comment and I would'nt say they were in the minority. If He/She has a problem in their pub they need to ask themselves what they are going to do about it rather than moan about it on a world wide website,and giving the town a bad name.

    The above comment was your mistake, foul and abusive language is not used by "most of the drinking fraterity in Bedlington" I can't comment on the Black Bull but do frequent other pubs in the town where there is'nt a problem, the management would not tolerate it anyway. Do You?

    Uncles name Tom Fox he says the team is Bedlington Station YMCA and he took the photo with his own camera using a tripod and timed exposure.

    Any new found wealth that the council receive from parking fines should be "Ring Fenced" and used to make a Compulsory Purchase of the former Elliots Garage Site. If any council house tennant allowed their garden to get into the state that this place has been left in,untouched for the last 5 weeks,they would be evicted. The local councillors need to act quick though, because the last time we had money I beleive it was from the sale of the Golf Club and it was nicked from under our noses by our neighbours who shall remain nameless,...........But it begins with an "A"
