The amount of times I've heard that Wetherspoons has bought a vacant building in Bedlington... It's been empty for ages now, so has the old More Store shop... Why is there lots of empty buildings in Bedlington?

Just somewhere where general discussion can be kept separate from topics relating to Bedlington.

General patter aint a bad thing, but people who come to the forum looking for useful, meaningful information about Bedlington (If there is any out there!) get put off. So what about a separate area? For everything which has got nothing to do with the town - but which is for members only? I don't like the Northumberland Chat area personally. Its dead. Messages have to be moderated before being posted and any old troll from China can post. So what for it then? A general chat area for members, or not?

I remember the shows when they used to be on the field where the police station is now. They seemed a lot bigger then.
