Couldn't believe my eyes this morning, Northumberland County Council managed to put two letters, one to hubby and one to myself IN THE SAME ENVELOPE Is this the start of more cost saving economies?

Actually NCC are in a really precarious position at the moment, the administration cannot set a legal budget, they get one more try then central gov step in and impose one.
