I complaind bitterly at the time because of the immoral earnings of this person. Guess what it fell on deaf ears, those individuals should also have their judgement called to question.

Kevin Little, a self-employed contractor from Haltwhistle, said of the overall figure: "I just think that is absolutely appalling.
