What surprised me is that no one seemed to notice that the cuts over the next 3 years are larger than the Adult Services budget plus one or two more! I would have liked to ask in that case will Health and Education still be ring-fenced from the cuts as they have been? Can't see how that will be possible especially with a saving of around £35M to find 2014-15, that's going to be a bloodbath!NCC is going to look much different over the next few years and that has already started.
