Just so everyone know Miller Homes are wanting to build houses on the farm land at the bottom of church lane (next to the 20 aches).

There is a public consultation about the plans going on at Bedlington Community Centre on 23rd of April 3pm - 7pm.

More Planning Gain Money, where will they spend it this time?   

I haven't seen any evidence of ANY being spent anywhere in Bedlington to date..........have you?

It'll probably end up being spent in another nearby town, can you guess the name? answers on a postcard please to the usual address

This area was slipped in after the consultation process for the planned expansion of Bedlington identified areas North of the Town.

There are others that you can expect plans to be submitted for sometime soon.

Does that include the land to the side of the Riggs that belonged to the farm house - an environmental firm was spotted on the land this week?

Any time I will try my best to give everyone the heads up on new housing applications/consultation if I can.

I couldnt get to the meeting today, does anyone know how it went, curous to know how many houses they are planning to build, and is this the firld that backs onto the golf course.

It started with only me there at 2.15pm but the amount of people started increasing as i left at about 2.45pm, 60 houses are planned on the site and it is the field next to Humford way.

There were about 15 - 20 people attending when we turned up at 5pm to register our concerns.
