Apolgies if this has already been mentioned, but hear NCC are in consultation with Aldi, the plan they buy the council offices, demolish them and build a new store. Its part of the nine town plan, whatever that is, which includes knocking down Morpeth \Library before it falls down, and building houses. What amazes me, they would consider building a new store when Tesco buildings will be standing empty.

I am in shock, I was supposed to meet Keith for a chat a few months ago but lost my mam, he sent me a lovely message, I was going to ring him to arrange something over easter. Keith was a lovely gentle man, and had a great sense of humour. My thoughts are with his family, so sorry Alan. RIP Keith.

Looking into my family tree, iv discovered my mams family moved from cornwall to cramlington. They came to work at the New Albion pit shankhouse, their surname was Bray and moved here in the 1800's.

I read in the Leader that Wansbeck General are having talks with Parking Eye because they have had so many complaints, will anything come of it? I dont think so.

There is a large picture of atlee Park at Woodhorn and you can see the bridge in the background, Iv often wondered about it as well Keith, couldnt figure out where it came out on the bebside side of the river. (I mean the road connected to it on the bebside side)
