Bryan Ferry

On Jools Holland this week.

He is still better than most.

He's not as good as the Cramlington Budgie Strangler ... and you know what I think of him.

We will have to agree to differ.

No accounting for taste.

After all it's only Rock and Roll and all!

I'm a massive fan of Ferry and Roxy Music.

The first three Roxy albums are among the best ever made. The debut was truly ground breaking.

**Mind, it's telling of the ways of the internet that, when I read the title of the thread, I thought he was dead!

The only reason folks bought Poxy Music's stuff was for the porn on the album covers.

His style and presentation are great.

The music is equally good and yes he can sing.

Seem to remember he even used a Renault 4 on on LP

Am I missing something here - why is "Bryan Ferry" in "Talk of the Town"?

Why not?

Why do we bother!

Sorry, no offense intended - just curious.

"Serious stuff about Bedlington, the wider Bedlingtonshire area,"

Edited by ex Bedlingtonian

I've got this one Maggs.  It's really about the comparison between The Very Naughty Boy and the Cramlington Budgie Strangler.  Cramlington is in "the wider Bedlingtonshire area,"

So, Bedlingtonshire is North of the River Blyth?
