The Headline in the Journal today is that

' rural voices will be heard'.

Rory Stewart MP for Penrith who is a minister in the Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs has said :-

'I live and breath rural communities. I am very much a believer in working to get more influence to those communities , whether it is parish councils , trusts or community groups'.

There are too many politicians in our town justifying no action.
