Canny lass Posted October 2, 2015 Report Posted October 2, 2015 Done! Nice to read what 'moving on' and not dwelling on what might have been can do.
Malcolm Robinson Posted October 2, 2015 Author Report Posted October 2, 2015 I was up in Amble this summer and stunned by the amount of people and activity!
Ovalteeny Posted October 2, 2015 Report Posted October 2, 2015 (edited) Amble has tried really hard and their efforts are working. Much improved Cafe's & Restaurants & Ice Cream Parlours, excellent Pod's for small retailers. I've just voted for them. Edited October 2, 2015 by Ovalteeny
Pete Posted October 3, 2015 Report Posted October 3, 2015 (edited) I was in Amble last week and the harbour area looks fantastic with the new pods. Heading from Warkworth towards Amble has always been something special as the view across the marina and into Amble harbour is fantastic. Edited October 3, 2015 by Pete
Maggie/915 Posted October 3, 2015 Report Posted October 3, 2015 Amble /Warkworth Fantastic. However should we tell people how great the NE really is in the World!
mercuryg Posted October 4, 2015 Report Posted October 4, 2015 This county has the most wonderful coastline. Is there a more magnificent vista in the country tgan Bamburgh, for example? Furthermore, you'll go a long way to find a better beach than Blyth! Do we tell them or do we leave them believing the south coast is the place to be?

Do we tell them or do we leave them believing the south coast is the place to be?Tell them - let's share and profit from a natural resource before the world thinks Blyth & tall ships is all we have. Voted and link posted on Sixtownships History Group site.
