Thank you CL, yes it's here to stay, we had our first snowfall in town October 1st, but the ground wasn't frozen then, it is now and it has been snowing three days and it's starting to accumulate, supposed to warm up this week!

Hi Vic, not sure what thanksgiving is, is it a Canadian holiday? but Happy Thanksgiving anyway, looking at the photo it looks cold. Time to get the central heating switched on.

Thank you Pete, Thanksgiving is the U.S. and Canadian equivalent of Harvest Festival,( I think!) The end of the general harvesting for most farmers. Usually celebrated with a turkey dinner and family.

Heating is turned on, winter tyres on the vehicles, snow shovels at the ready, snowblower all primed!
