It's back already, now that's what I call service, thank's again Andy. Bedlington is looking good.

Maybe a coincidence but I've lost the webcam!

It worked for me Andy, thank you, and thank you Alan for bringing this up! after months of trying to fix something I know nothing about I should have asked months ago. 

And I thought it was only me Alan! I bought a ACER Aspire laptop that has the same problem,(Windows 10, I hate it!) all of the other devices are running just fine (though my Toshiba Satellite with Vista is developing a few problems! ) 

My Acer came with McAfee, now expired, I blamed it for the problems and have been unsuccessful at trying to remove it, I have even considered subscribing to it to see if it resolved the problem.  

Looking forward to see if Andy has a resolve!

Sorry a little bit off topic HPW but you mention having your wedding on 8mm but never seeing it, my dad bought a Cine camera just for my wedding it was 9.5mm, the Co-op put a film in it for him then developed it, we never had any means to view it, recently I sent it away to be converted to MPEG, it came back on a USB and CD, it's not the best quality but great seeing our wedding, 57 years later, only problem is its reversed! my carnation (and Doreen) are on the wrong side, I first noticed as my BMW (Isetta bubble car!) the numbers are backwards. The company are busy redoing it.

Charles's 1931 Morris is also on it.

We went on to get standard 8 and super 8 cine cameras, and I have made my own conversion to VHS then DVD, the kids all have copies.

Not sure how to judge "bad," Family violence, impaired driving and F.A.S. I see as the worst problems, I would think cannabis causes similar problems, legal cannabis is double the price of the illegal stuff, so drug dealers are still in business.

Just because our PM is a pot head doesn't make it sensible ! How does it bring a good amount of money to the country? Look how much it will cost your health service, Police services (accidents, enforcement etc) and the effects of young brain development. Yes the government and producers will make/take a lot of your money, just like tobacco. Nah!in my opinion a bad idea.

Alan, "What is a "rolley way man'? Also 1939". is answering the second question asked by CL, I think the answer Alan gives is for the #1 question scuffler, but I could be wrong! 

There is also a reference to a "scuffler" killed by a fall, but I cant find it.

Canny lass, I found this in the" Durham mining museum- mining occupations". I'm sure HPW will have a better explanation ! also describe a "scuffler"
