a data collector is a person, people would be suprised as to how much actually goes on, i respect utility companies a lot more now, sometimes they can be wrong, which if you could see how many processes actually go on you would not be suprised at all on a plus note tho im being promoted upto my next pay rank .... woo hoo

not sure if they have it back, last i heard via email was that mops were not sending out site visits due to extreme weather conditions which is beyond supplier control, so even if the customers werent with us they would still be in the same position
