  11. Following on from Carron Cunningham's photo of VE day celebrations 1945, Nedderton school this is the parents of the village also celebrating posted by Shirley Richmond and she has named No 25 & 43. The names for No 19 & 20 from Clare Gates who commented No 19 was her dad.

  19. No problem Jim. I joined the 'memory playing tricks' club a few years ago. Have you looked at the photo albums in the Gallery - Historic Bedlington. We have an album for the Whitley Memorial school and here are two football squad photos, from 1959 & 60, of Tommy aged around 11. Link to the album :-
  20. Now you got me thinking @Jr6468. I remember Tommy Cullen and his younger sister, Elsie, from No 6 but I can't remember a Maurice. Tommy was around the same age as me so would be born c1948 - Elsie about 4 years younger. My memory has hidden Maurice🙃
