  1. Quite clearly the very bottom right is british as she has 3 kids from different fathers judging from the picture.
  2. Brubeck was a pioneer for jazz music. He was one of the first artists to deviate from the 4/4 time with this one being named after the 5/4 time (Take Five) it was written in. You also don't get many people like Paul Desmond in any industry anymore.
  3. Hurt I am guessing then, I can't see Youtube links etc at work. I get wrong for putting it on as it's too depressing.
  4. It's the new "thing" for adverts isn't it. Getting a lass to cover a classic and pitch it right down so it is running at half the speed over some jazzy CGI graphics. Liked Mazzy Starr - Into Dust however. www.youtube.com/watch?v=vO30b_SxLzE
  5. I absolutely hate shopping but I am insistently dragged anyway. I don't mind the music as it makes it more bearable. I would prefer a choice of music as not only would I enjoy it more, it would more than likely clear the queues quite quickly.
  6. http://goo.gl/maps/vl5J6 High Bridge between Pilgrim Street and Gret Street.
  7. I have shared your link in the F1 thread on another forum MercuryG. Hopefully this should generate some interest for you
  8. Looks like http://www.pitlanemagazine.com/magazine/ is the landing page.
  9. Playing god maybe but playing with genetics and finding out what the possibilities are may be the next step to solving some ailments which someone you know or love may require in the not so distant future. It's playing god and allowing patents on it that I reject. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-19294050
  10. Not the same one that had the shop in Seaton Sluice right on the front next to the Astley Arms was it?
  11. Welcome to the site mate, I see you must have got my message
  12. We've been up to Boulmer a few times picking them. Loads of little rock pools to get into and get your fingers nipped by crabs.
  13. Two Thai girls asked me if I'd like to go bed with them, they said it would be just like winning the lotto! I agreed, and they were right. We all stripped off and to my horror, we had six matching balls! ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Napoleon is marching his armies through Europe when up ahead they see a bacon tree. Napoleon orders a full stop and sends out a scouting party to check it out. After hours of waiting no one returns so Napoleon sends another scouting party, double the size, to check out the tree. After several more hours still no one returns so he sends out a third scouting party, this time of a thousand men. Hours later a bloodied and half dead soldier returns and croaks "Napoleon, is not a bacon tree, is a ham bush". ----------------------------------------------------------------------- I swapped 50 raisins for 100 sultanas today. I can't believe these currant exchange rates. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Halfway through my shift at Boots, a guy came in to pick up some photos of his naked wife. Naturally, I had a little peek as I handed them over. "Would you like the negatives?" I asked. "Yes please," he said sheepishly. I said, "Your wife's a bit fat and looks like Ken Dodd."
  14. I contacted the club site rather than registered with ECB, you never know
  15. Merged the two threads into history hollow for searchability.
  16. Foxy will have to be careful taking photos around the site then
  17. I don't bank with them!
  18. Whilst we are on the topic of cool pictures, found these which look amazing from the ISS. http://retina.smithsonianmag.com/post/24629746846/smithsonian-magazine-star-trails
  19. I used a RBS cash machine to take money out the other day. I felt bad for doing so.
  20. He's called Keith
  21. And i highly doubt that there will be any update from them. I think they will be a bit reluctant to spend any money on the store at the moment.
  22. I was looking for this earlier on this afternoon, it was supposedly on the local news at lunch time. We were there not that long ago with the littl'uns and my brother and his littl'uns. Suppose he was CRB checked as well. Do the checks actually mean anything?
  23. Or perhaps that not following the road rules is no longer enforced as regularly as it should be? Maybe the police ARE out catching "real criminals".
  24. For anyone outside of the UK wanting better coverage of the olympics, this has been renowned to work. Tested in US and Barcelona and so far successful. 1. Install http://www.expatshield.com/ 2. Go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/olympics/2012/live-video
