Aurora Borealis the display here on Thursday was spectacular.

We missed the show , did anyone witness the great event!

We went out a month or so ago and went up to Boulmer.....didn't see a bloody thing.

 

We never checked any internet gubbins until it was too late the other night then no visibility last night.

Same here. I am fated not to see the Aurora. What's annoying is I let the cats out and in on Thursday night so how did I not see the lights?

I've seen them before from the north coast of Scotland but nothing as dramatic as the sight from here the other night. Even from the Hazelrigg estate there was some terrific pictures.

Yeah saw then on Thursday and got some good pics. Headed to the unlit path around the bottom of the Hazelmere estate away from street lights and got an incredible view.
