  1. You`ve met them then Malcolm.
  2. Good idea Merlin. But don`t do what I did when I last had Seahouses F & Cs: go for a boat ride around the Farne`s on a windy day. You don`t see much when you are hanging over the edge shouting for your mate "Burt"
  3. Dear All Those rather nice people at CW Davis (Builders & Developers extradinaire) have informed us that they are looking to start our studio development work next Wednesday, with materials being delivered on Monday! On behalf of SNRG I would like to apologise to 4G & any dog inconvenienced. You know what? I think I`m rather over the moon!
  4. Sorry to hear you broke down in the the car Malcolm. Modern life can be so stressful. Even on your birthday! I can recommend a good councillor. Mine. Have a good one.
  5. Foxy. What you see in the pix is what is left after many TVs were disposed of. Many thanks for the thought though.
  6. Synergy Studio (90a Front Street East) We thought you would like to have a quick look at the "Before" Keep your eyes peeled for the CW Davis vehicles when work commences. Our very own Malcolm, Merlin, Brettly & others will also kindly be lending their expertise to our Bedlington based project. Many thanks to them.
  7. Hang on. I can`t remember eating chips when I was sat down getting me hair cut! When I had some that is. I mean hair, not chips.!
  8. Excellent reading Malcolm. If it`s any help you`re more than welcome to use the Sun Inn murder download audio, on History Hollow, in any way you want. Let me know if you want a less compressed version.
  9. Rhoda`s chip shop in Guide Post. Having a "sittie down" as a special treat during the school hols, when she would open the side room on a Friday afternoon. Pie, chips & peas. Oh & as an extra treat; a slice bread & butter! Cut in triangles of course. Bliss! Kids would laugh at you these days if you offered that up as a something special. Bring back the simple life. BH! I genuinly think I regressed there for a minute. I`m fine now thanks.
  10. When we started out on this project it was stated that when we needed help the people of Bedlington would give us help! That`s exactly what happened on Sunday. Many thanks again from myself Colin, Neal & JT.
  11. Just found this discussion and sad to say I am appalled at the lot of you! Mustard/apple sauce/pickle?????? Not once has anyone even mentioned the one thing that every Bedlington resident should be proud to put on a ham sarnie and that is good old Pease pud! Seconded! Does that mean I get a months free with my next Asda deliveries?
  12. Welcome Keith. Some family info may still turn up.
  13. I forgot to mention: the winning talent`s album would also include the CD`s purpose designed cover & insert; thus making it the complete package to show off the artiste's talent to record company executives and national and commercial radio stations. PM me for more details & visit www.loudandflashy.com Also keep up to date with their Facebook thread. Good Luck.
  14. Nice to have you on board topbedlington!
  15. Hi Nadine & welcome.
  16. Dear All Are you, a friend or relation, musically inclined or in a band? Our good friends at Loud & Flashy are giving studio time to some artists so that their recorded material can be broadcast on Synergy when we go on air. The Live Lounge programme would feature all musical genres, so don`t worry about being too niche! All we ask is for the material to be fit for broadcast. A spin off from the above will be that artists can then take part in a Battle of the Bands competition. With the eventual winner winning studio time to record a whole album. If you are interested: Post me a message here & I`ll PM you more details Visit http://www.loudandflashy.co.uk/ "Like" loudandflashy on Facebook Look forward to hearing from you.
  17. Merlin. How about changing your car everyday? OK, make that changing the model everyday!
  18. Dear All The latest Newsletter as promised. Newsletter 3 letter.pdf
  19. Welcome Canny Lass. Hope to have you as one of our listeners in the not too distant future.
  20. Bedies... The date for a broadcast is dependent on how long it takes to get our studio area etc. built at 90 Front Street East. When the chaps from CW Davis are finished & equipment etc. procured we will then start to think about a transmission date. Keep an eye out on our main thread!
  21. Thanks Malcolm. I might give it an airing when we go live. After tea time though methinks!
  22. Thanks Naomi. Volunteers will be needed in the not too distant. Please look back in this thread to see Newsletters & volunteer form.
  23. At your service Bediesathome. You might be interested to know, if you haven`t heard them already, I`ve put a couple of audio tasters on History Hollow. We very much look forward to having you as a listener.
  24. Dear All Just been speaking to David Storey, our project manager from CW Davis. The plumbers are taking a look today!
  25. Ofcom set aside 87.7fm for Restricted Service Licence (RSL) broadcasts.
