Its all still there as far as I know Sym.

Isn't the line finally getting re-opened? £30 million squid investment to get a train from Ashington to Newcastle, course now we have to make sure the dammed thing stops at a Bedlington station! Preferred option, build a new station along Barrington Road! That sounds like a huge missed opportunity for some quality redevelopment to the existing station site and the commercial environment at Bedlington Station.

What about business accounts GGG, I read they will be raided too.

Could be an interesting weekend, well a more interesting next week. I wonder if the timing of the Cyprus smash and grab had anything to do with this 4 day weekend? What better time for the EU to announce financial controls and more account plundering when normal punters can't do anything about it.

EC FinMins document..... 'Member States may introduce restrictions on capital movement, including capital controls, in certain circumstances and under strict conditions on grounds of public policy or public security. In accordance with the case law of the European Court of Justice, measures may also be introduced for overriding reasons of general public interest.' Might as well say....... We will control everything and smash and grab whenever needed!

I thought it was actually housing benefit receipts which were the principle driver here Keith, not the fact that the building is in the social landlord sector or private sector?

Thanks for letting us know Mr Stitch and well done. One question: did the system eventually work or did your 'determination' win out?

Two IRISHMEN were looking at a Mail order catalogue and admiring the models. One said to the other, 'Have you seen the beautiful girls in this catalogue?' The second one replies, 'Yes, they are very beautiful. And look at the price!' The first one says, with wide eyes, 'Wow, they aren't very expensive. At this price, I'm buying one.' The second one smiles and pats him on the back. 'Good idea! Order one and if she's as beautiful as she is in the catalogue, I will get one too.' Three weeks later, the youngest IRISHMAN asks his pal, 'Did you ever receive the girl you ordered from the catalogue?' The second IRISHMAN replies...... 'No, but it shouldn't be long now. All her clothes arrived yesterday!! -
