The front steet looks ok but the lights could have done with working, I counted at least 3 lights that did not work, they should all be working correctly.

Don't forget Get Carter and The Fifteen Streets were also shot in Blyth, but I'm talking about after 2000 South East Northumberland does not appear in any Film since then, also only one film EVER shot a scene in Bedlington and that was Women in Love and that was one scene shot at Dr Pit if I understand correctly.

I did not know they filmed in Newbiggin. However bar Vera the last time any place in south east northumberland was in a tv series or film, was if I'm correct Billy Elliot in 2000 and it was Newbiggin and Lynemouth power station yard, for some reason they could not use Ellington Colliery yard would have set the scene better i think.

Yes there are but i would like to know what people think should happen to it, (Bare in mind it is repairable from it current state.) Next Town council meeting is the 13th December at 6.00pm, Bedlington Community Centre. However there is an area committee meeting on the 12th December at 6.00pm at the The Salvation Army, Bedlington also.

The church hall is beside st cuthberts church and is about 200 years old before being the church hall it was a school.

Just wondering what everyone thinks should happen with the church hall, I think it should be a Heritage Centre for Bedlington, i would like to hear everyone elses opinions on what they think it should be. (Bare in mind it is repairable from it current state.)
