  1. My wife moved to warnhead road.Beside the Terrier pub.
  2. My wife lived at no1 Bridge end.which was beside Dene House, in the late 1940's to the early 1950's.
  3. There are 17 German war graves in Chevington cemetery Broomhill.and the germans shot down over the Brickworks are supposed to be buried there.
  4. i knew David. Robert. and Selwin. Lightly who lived in Bolam Place Bedlington Staiton in the 1960's
  5. if anyone gets in touch with David. can you let me know as well. as i worked for David and his DAD.from 1960 till 1972.

  17. i can remember muters' very well as i used to work for them from 1960 till 1972.
  18. the cricket club trophy for the pubs and clubs was called the bedlington cricket club novices . as a mate of mine showed me a medal from it tonight.
  19. we used to call them scranchums from Don Patties fish shop at Bedlinton stn
