thats the best story i've heard in ages! would this be the plant life that is failing to grow because enviromental changes and the reduction of insect life? such as the decline in bee colonies because of the use of pesticides! plus most the trees have gone because man chopped them down. forefathers! they thought the earth was flat!

so what does it do different to the rest of the sandwich shops like shiraz, buzzy bees, greggs, donkins and wrights and the rest at the station? what reason should i go there instead of some other establishment? and whats so amazing about the service? do they sing and dance while serving or perform magic tricks? an my experiences of genuine home cooked food make me go some where else. like that slop shop at crammy the fat cat, bah there "home cooked soup" was watery tasteless and barely edible!

so lets get things sorted this zoes babs where is it exactly? is it in bedlington? is it worth talking about? or is it another stinky sandwitch shop?

I bought more than enough Lidl (the dearer one) 1½ litre apple juice, 78p each. I put 2 cartons at room temperature in a sterilised demi-john. The only yeast I had was Wilko's (Youngs) wine yeast. I included a heaped teaspoon of yeast nutrient, a teaspoon of pectolase and a little squeeze of lemon juice. Plus 2 pound of sugar. I use a sterilised plain bung so's I can pick it up and give it a damn good shake! Don't leave the bung in though, unless you like loud bangs! Fit an air lock. When the initial froth had died down (couple of days) I topped it up with more apple juice (not from the fridge!!!) It will then go berserk again, so keep a spare, clean air lock ready. It will ferment a long time and clear beautifully!

Ribena Wine 1 bottle of original Ribena (not artificially sweetened must be 'Original'). 1 teaspoon of citric acid or juice from one lemon. 1 sachet of winemaking yeast. 1 teaspoon of yeast nutrient. 1 1/2 lbs of sugar. Method Empty bottle of Ribena into glass one gallon demijon (sterilised). Top up to the shoulder of the demijon with cold boiled water. Add sugar, Yeast, citric acid, yeast nutrient. Fit airlock shake and leave. Takes about 2-3 months depending on room temperature. Some people boil the Ribena for a few minutes but I’ve never bothered and have never had any problems.
