  1. Monsta, I said "In the vane of Alan Shearer" not actually said person! Even Osoma Bin Laden would be more welcome than the person they invited!!!!!

    Tesco

Pete Tesco now own the car park! After they rebuild, the car park will be customer parking only 2hrs. Wansbeck don't exist any more! Northumberland County Council (Coonsil) are still looking into parking charges across Bedlington, but it will happen at some point.
  3. We should follow the French! Take to the streets to show this elected and non elected government what we really think of them! :dribble:

    Big Cat

One more Pete though this one not a golfer, bloke over heard me talking to a mate in the paper shop, about the cats he says he was driving past golf course and nearly crashed his car when a big cat ran across the road in front of him, swears blind it wasn't a fox as he has seen plenty of them in his time. Same as the others didn't want to say owt before, in case of ridicule!
  5. Wetherspoons are not interested in our views. I pointed out a few facts to them about this person on another site, there were a few others with the same views, low and behold all our posts were deleted and all that remains are the lick my backside posts and I'll lick yours. Wetherspoons, what a start to life in Bedlington, not doing your homework, upsetting your potential clientele, what a chance you have thrown away with the people of Bedlington by inviting this non entity to visit our town never mind open one of our new business's! I can't even put into words how angry, and ashamed I am to have this man in Bedlington. Get on with it, you have absolutely no idea. I hope you have all the success in the world in Bedlington, but your opening day...........well that's another matter.
  6. Pete he's probably saving up for Grab a Grannie week
  7. At this time, what with the political climate and spending cuts just being announced, what do you think of Wayne 'Shrek' Rooney reportedly being offered £250,000 per WEEK to !*!@# about once or twice on a football pitch. Is it any wonder that supporters are disillusioned with football clubs! These so called wages for so called super-stars are obscene. Is it time to bring back a wage limit to bring football back into context? Your thoughts please. Whoever is to blame for censoring P.o,N.c.E needs a good kick up the !*!@# !*!@# :dribble:

    Big Cat

    Nice one Pete
  9. Looks like a bad case of the galloping trots, not good at all
  10. Thing is, it doesn't matter which party you talk about, they are all so far detached from everyday life, that they don't have a clue what is going on. Joe public does not exist until election time!
  11. On aboot us poor Geordies again

Monsta ya a wind up merchant, even you can't be that thick!
  18. Merc, an organism of the bubonic plague would be more welcome than this non entity!
  19. Your daughter didn't get this man's name by any chance?
  20. Well well well after all the hype and the great anticipation to the Grand opening of the Red Lion, Wetherspoons show how much it knows or cares about Bedlington. Who? Have they invited to open it, is it our home grown personality 'Tommy The Egg Man' No! Is it a sporting great in the vane of Alan Shearer? No! Is it the 'Big Cat' from the golf course? No! Iiiiiiiiiiiiiiittttttttttts the one, the only The Great Mr Ian Lavery (MP) MP in this case stands for MUPPET. Wetherspoons have committed a "Pomme de terre" (Del boy classic) here this bloke doesn't even know where Bedlington is! It's not even open yet and they've already lost 10 potential customers. Well done to your advertising and PR exec's Wetherspoons, fantastic, bye
  21. Some good points there but to be honest I can't see them working, sorry. A more radical plan would be to ban all parents cars from school premises and make the whole area around these schools Residents parking only. There are adequate car parks up from Netto which entails a short walk to all these schools!

    Big Cat

Monsta you seem to be a bit stuck with this extinct 2500 yrs business, according to reports there seem to be thousands still living in the wild. So this means...now let me think.....ahhh....yes they are not extinct

    Big Cat

You think seeing a Lynx is rare
  24. He's asked if there's any overtime going :dribble: As an ex miner I wish these lads the best of luck for the future, and if they go back down the mine, then they have more guts than me, because I'm damn sure I wouldn't be going back down, if that had been me!

    Big Cat

You will probably find it is less than 400 Today less than 400 Scottish wildcats remain in the wild and the extinction of Britain's last large mammal predator could come within the next five years. No angry tabby or feral the wildcat is a genuine wild species of cat; it was here long before we were and long before the domestic cat had even evolved. Infamously the only wild animal to be completely untameable, even when captive reared, Scottish wildcats may look a little like your pet cat but these are incredibly tough super-predators, sometimes called the Tiger of the Highlands. Sadly, our wildcat is critically endangered with less than 400 individuals remaining in the wild and barely a handful in the captive breeding population. Operative words 'May look a little like your pet cat' As such, not a big cat! Wrong colour, wrong size! And doesn't answer to "Here kitty kitty" So this rules out what was reportedly seen on the golf course as a Scottish wild cat! These cats are also super secretive, even in their home habitat they are rarely seen. There is one point to come out of this discussion. We are all agreed that something out of the ordinary WAS seen on Bedlington Golf Course!
