I bottled it last night and had to give it a try , give it a try , give it a try ,give it a try , give it a try........ hic %^$£ zzzzzzzzz. Elderberry wine (made entirely from elders in my garden) is festering away very nicely and we will see how that has turned out next summer,

Its still in the demi johns but I might just bottle it this week and leave it till after Easter at least .

Maggie/915 Posted December 17, 2013 Report Posted December 17, 2013 I used to make a lot of wine and the Rice Wine seemed drinkable very quickly.A flat with under floor heating helped.
