  1. This hasnt been moderated . I find that really funny

I edited 'it' to 'that' as I think i came across the wrong way- i think 'it' was a ridiculus statement and by 'that' i mean i thought it was going to get modded . However its been left on , I dont think its going to set any one off on a crusade .. but as peter the hermit would say ..every little helps... probably ;)

  2. Wey since most of the pubs are filled with dirty stinking wife beating drunks with pee stained pants that punch`s anything in their way,i think the safest place would be outside anyway..and at least smoking doesn`t turn folk into slurring idiotic beer bellied low lifes who think throwing their kids a quid for a bag of chips is looking after them

At least the smoking ban will help close the pubs..now that would be a result :D

Well there are pubs that aren't like that - but i'm glad you don't know where they are, as you are clearly a lunatic.

  3. i cant believe fags are more addictive than heroin, but i may be wrong.

I'm sorry, but this is my view as an individual, and this comment does not reflect the viewsd of www.bedlington.co.uk, its administrators or the owner:

If your sentanced to a prison sentance, you did something bad. In the old days, you got a cell and bread with water. we really need to go back to that, if only to make jail a bad place to be in. all this 'playstatio' and 'sky tv' cr@p is just going too far. their not there for a cushy life, their there to pay their debt to society.

what we need is a big building with 7ft by4ft rooms, a bed, toilet and wash basin in them and 2 hours a day in the fresh air. none of this jamie oliver cr@p, or human rights b******t. there in there to do time, and so far as possible they should be secragated from all human contact other than their jailor. then maybe these cut sentances from life to 10 years may feel a little more than a vacation.

i used to be a security guard (i cant say where coz of ASDA's strict security policy). i helped arrest at least 40 people who just wanted to go back to jail, coz life in there was easier than life outside.

you really think jail is a deterrant these days? or is it an incentive?

    Birch the bstards .

  4. Anyway...if tabs were that bad for you,why the hell does the government allow shops to sell them? They don`t sell heroin over the counter do they? Yet they`re supposed to be more addictive that heroin...and they probably are! So,why are they still allowing fags to be sold? All about money..that`s what it is...

Aye tabs are a tax on the stupid ... ur welcome to buy as many as you like

  5. Concerning the lack of discipline - the clip of the NHS today i feel must be down the rubbish the schools kick out - some of which work in the public services and some of those are responsible for cleaning up the wards. Hence the greater likelihood of catching a fatal bug these days - what goes around comes around.

  6. "Kids are like dogs --- youve got to terrorize the little bastards when the're young so you get no jip of em when the're older" line from auf pet ... as true today ...as it was in 1982

The intake into the services the last 5 years ( at least ) has been hurt badly on the numbers front due to the amount of new starters not fit for service due to bad attitude, no respect , chips on both shoulders and so on...

Is this due to any other reason than the failure to instill respect for others , simply discipline and basic manners by the schools or the parents.

My opinion is this. When Corperal punishment was removed from schools it wasnt replaced by anything - it was there for a reason before it was removed and the reason did not go away when the punishment did.

The reason is some kids just need a good hiding - but as thats not possible anymore ( as it isnt in the services ) other methods can be used - but they have to BE used otherwise everyone else is left with trying to deal with the little pricks.

  7. i see the russians are threating to point tha missles at us again! im ganna buy one of them fallout shelters from the last cold war just in case!

The cold war was quite safe... i dont think it'll go back to those days though im sad to say ;)

  8. A collection of screeching, attention-seeking bimbos and a couple of weird, scraggy older types.

    wait for it...

We all know what's coming, don't we?

But that's enough about this forum, let's talk about "Big Brother"!!!!LOL!!!!!111!!!ITSGOODNIGHTFROMME!!!!!!!!!11!!!!

    boom boom

  9. How can you protect something that isn't an absolute measure in the first place? A DNA profile is open to interpretation. It's not like a cell has a check summed electronically readable code in it. It's smears on gel of various densities, and the result depends on the processing technology and interpretation. You are only dealing with probabilities!

History shows that courts have a very poor record of comprehending such things...

..which is how OJ walked, and why it's just a matter of time before some innocent person doesn't.

An ID card system is only as secure as its weakest link; all the rest is illusion. How can you ever be sure that the person presenting that ID card is the person who is entitled to hold it? Or how can you be sure it was issued to the right person in the first place? Answer is that you can't!

We've plenty of methods of ID already, and anyone who thinks that all the hassle and huge expense of another one is going to improve anyone's lot is kidding themselves! Like very many things the govt brings in it's likely to be counterproductive for Joe Average.

It will be misused too, and all the assurances about this protection or that safeguard will ultimately go out of the window. This has happened time and time again in history, and is a standard tactic of big government.

I disagree , Not everyone has a passport not everyone has a driving license not everyone has a bank account not everyone has a national security number - mainly illegal immigrants ...Everyone has DNA and ( apart from identical twins for them iris scans ) its unique . As for OJ the evidence was sound he got off on the race card and the ability of americans to overcome the truth and believe TV fiction - (See Creationism) ...your DNA is you ..converting it into a readable and loggable item isnt going to steal your soul.. its just a type of more accurate fingerprint. If you dont plan on commiting an act that is against the law ( murder terrorism rape and so on ) then you have no need to worry

Next of course is the readable chip in the forearm.... just so you dont leave it at home
