They have already confessed to giving the children sleeping medication. What if they accidently gave Maddie an overdose (I know this has already been suggested by police). I mean, it would explain the tiny spatter of blood drops on the walls if the sleeping medication was administered by needle. It makes more sense, I cant see kids swallowing tablets without a fuss. Why did it take the two of them to go back to the room to check on the kids? Ah whatever, the fact is we'll never know until it is all over and done with... even then we might never know all the facts. I dont want it to be the parents... this world is too f*cked up.

There are signs all over in Somerfield saying it closes on the 22nd of September. They will be moving to Cramlington. If you ask the store manager he will tell you about it. I see they are now advertising that they 'match Tesco's prices' haha, that was funny.

I saw that on the news this morning - I'm all for the ban myself. The vast majority of the population dont smoke so why should we suffer at the hands of the minority?

People go on about Tesco having control over things... what the hell do you think Somerfield is up to? Is everyone aware that Somerfield own the building next door? Dont you think it's weird that it's been standing empty for over 2 and a half years when previously (before the merging) two competing stores sat side by side for years? Can anyone remember Somerfield coming under investigation (including the Bedlington store) by the CC (Competition Commission), whereby the CC stated amongst other things that Somerfield were leaving us with no choice but to pay high prices in their stores because there wasnt any other competitors in the area? (As in, Somerfield clinging onto it's other empty store in Bedlington, just to make sure) Somerfield of course replied by saying that Netto and ASDA in Blyth were competition enough and was let off in the case of the Bedlington inquiry. So Somerfield also has it's controlling ways on Bedlington. Now you know why the place has been standing empty for so long. I say down with Somerfield the stingy money grabbing !*!@# !

Anyway, what are you going on about? Most established shops left 5 year ago! Tesco coming to Bedlington could help the town. People from Cramligton, Morpeth, Blyth and Ashington will now have a reason for coming to Bedlington. Wont this encourage businesses to set up here? Wether Tesco comes or not - it's our fault that small shops close and move away. If you dont want them to go then use them. Stop blaming Tesco, Bedlingtons been a dump for years!

No way is it going to be a superstore. I've been to the one in Kingston Park a few times - now thats a superstore! Good riddence to Somerfield and it's over priced !*!@#. Their fruit and veg is almost always poor quality. Dont worry Cympil, HP is just a bit worried about how far he'll have to travel from now on to get his Greggs fatty pies! Poor thing.

It's true: Tescos IS coming to Bedlington - and very soon! Has anyone seen the notice in the window? I know someone who's going to be working on the job of clearing out Somerfield and then doing it up again ready for Tesco. He said they have put the rent up on the Greggs shop a hell of a lot so Greggs is considering re-locating. Also, they actually own the E3 premesise and rent is also being increased there. Apparently they have offered money to the owner of the bed shop behind Somerfield too, but the bloke who owns the shop says he isnt moving. Somerfield will be closed by the 22nd September and Tescos should be open by the 14th October. Cant wait!

Why would kids want to put their hands in bins full of dog crap and carry them down the road to throw them up a random tree? Down by the black bridge theres like 10 bags to every tree and the ground is covered in dog mess too. Stop blaming the kids for everything thats wrong with this place, its the owners (mostly adults) that just cant be bothered to walk to the nearest bin, so they throw it over their shoulder into the bushes or trees.

If it was true that Tesco was going to open up a store in Bedlington, it would have been in the papers and everyone would know about it. But if it did happen, it wouldnt be a big store, it would just be a corner shop type Tesco.

Its fine, it isnt busy or too crowded, obviously at weekends its a bit busier but all in all theres plenty of seats to choose from!
