The Traffic In And Out Of Meadowdale Middle School
Came home from work today at three and low and behold Yellow bloody lines. This reminds me of a few posts on here, this is the silly season, where the cooncil have money left in their budgets they have to get rid of, and I asked the question.(IDIOT) What useless things they would do in Bedlington to rid themselves of said monies? Well I got the answer! Did I not! I didn't even get the chance to 'Chew somebodies BALLS'. What the hell are they thinking about.AAAArrrrggggg! I can't get my head round this. With the single yellow lines they have literally given people licence to park! Come on! Look you want to save money NCC? Yes? Then do us all a bloody favour and resign and let some people with some nous about them have your jobs at half the salary! A chimpanzee would find it hard not to laugh at you lot! Because that is what we have to do, laugh, if we didn't we would all be in the nut house, where I think you all came from, or escaped from!

The Traffic In And Out Of Meadowdale Middle School
Well, here is the next episode which is the debacle NCC! Notices went up this afternoon, telling us of an Order which will come into force on 31st Jan which will prohibit waiting for a limited time, Ridge Terrace Back Lane also west and east side of junction to a point 28 metres. Note:- LIMITED WAITING so what exactly is the point? So these parents can still bloody park where they want, which moron thought of this, it defies logic and flies in the face of common sense! These people really know Bedlington as well, I mean who else could put the notices up at the wrong junction They put them up at the next entrance down from the Bennies entrance, Muppets! Another thing are we or are we not, supposed to be given more than four and a half days notice of these Orders? This realistically gives me only one day to chew somebodies balls over this!

Corner Shops
Yes I agree Keith, but, and I may be wrong (as I usually am) were there not laws about shop opening times at the outset of said business? And were people at the time too afraid at the time to say anything or was said business wise to the fact that NOBODY would say anything no matter what! Just a thought! Oh! By the way before certain people jump on the racism band wagon, good luck to the bloke, he's worked bloody hard for what he's got! A bit of a shame though when people of other cultures try to better themselves the Cooncil and red tape shoot them down in flames! :dribble:

Tesco
Keith if you add in the 19 flats on the old school site and the 39 care home flats on the Elliots site this would indeed be a bloody nightmare! This could cause a 'rat run' through the estate on the 20 Acres through Millfield, across the road, down and along Beattie Road just to try and get to the Station, especially when all the schools are opening and closing. Nightmare isn't the word! :dribble:

The Royal Wedding
How can the lot of you talk of patriotism, when we the English cannot even rule our own country! We pander to every ethnic minority there is to be had! As soon as the Queen is mentioned we are all on our high horse, how great she is, how good she is for the country, how we should support royal weddings, how we should support our heritage! Well Be-Jesus where are you lot when our boys are being shot in overseas centres of WAR and so called BRITISH citizens are calling for them to DIE, and would revel in the bombing and death of these same Royals. You basically are not there! YOU have a choice back our lads and support the Monarchy and be a patriot or join the pc brigade and sell your soul to the Devil. Up the revolution! :dribble:

Becks For The Toon?
Never happen mate, just a load of spin like the shepherd era ie signing Granny grabber rooney. I honestly don't think that Andy Carrol is injured, I think fat Ashley has wrapped him in cotton wool so that when Spurs come calling with their millions they will have a fit player, I mean why risk playing him to get injured? That will only knock his price down and that's not how fat Spurs fan Ashley works!

House Alarms
Sizsells, neighbours have already had a word with this person but to no avail! John and Cympil, I have read your link to NCC Env Health. Interesting stuff. IF they are registered! But surely the POLIS would be wise to this information, but it seems not in Bedlington COP SHOP. THE most unhelpful person on the desk when I phoned. As I say the NCC site was interesting and I am now armed to the teeth with gen for my next phone call to the cop shop. Cheers people. By the way the alarm has just started again :dribble:

House Alarms
Enough is enough! Should this be in Chat Central? I don't know, but, here goes. What do you do when a house alarm is doing your head in? Well you may ask, do you phone the police? Yes! Seems like a good idea! NOT! I've been informed by the polis that they no longer respond to house alarms! What if this alarm has been going since 22nd Dec? Still not a good idea to phone the polis, nowt they can do! Householder has been told every time they leave for a vacation within fifteen minutes the bloody alarm goes off until they come back, have they done anything about it, eeeeeerrrrrrrrr NOPE! As I say this bloody alarm has been going since the 22nd of Dec. When told by polis that there was nothing they can do I offered my services and was told "If anything happens to the alarm box I will be arrested". At least I'll get some peace was my reply, did not go down well with PC plod. There is a number for Newcastle Civic Centre for house alarms but you'll not believe this... Nobody answers OOOOOOOOhhh! Right if the Polis don't respond to house alarms, WHAT IS THE BLOODY POINT OF HAVING THE DAMN THINGS! AND is this not a case of DISTURBING THE PEACE! Even the number on the box was useless "Are you the householder" NO! Then I'm sorry sir I can't help you! Cooncillors on here, have you any provisions for such cases, because I can't find any, there must be something people can do, this can not be allowed to happen, it's just not right! This person has probably had a nice peaceful Christmas while the residents of North Ridge and Ridge Terrace have had to put up with an alarm going off for 6 days. As for the un co-operation of the polis, well, I hope they have a peaceful New Year! NOT! By the way the Damn thing is still going as I speak

Where's Our Road Salt & Grit?
Although I tend to agree with Malcolm on this one, you have to be aware that we are approaching the cooncil silly season, when all surplus monies have to be got rid of or else they lose it off their next budget. This is when things pop up out of the blue and usually makes you think Like them stupid white barriers down the Band Stand car park, where entry and exit is now downright dangerous, incidentally why have the cooncil used an angle grinder to dispose of the locking mechanism? Let us all try to think of something downright stupid that Bedlington doesn't need and see how many pop up in the next few month! Just to start us off:- Turnstiles on the subway, top of Glebe Road!
