Merlin, I am on your side with this its time somebody told the truth its just a shame that theres no politicians out there saying it. problem is Merlin its not hit Bedlington yet as its hit other places but when it does you will see a different side to people. Mr Darn theres a charity organisation not far from Bedlington that has fought many a legal battle just lately on the very subject that you mention, people wearing a cross. They have fought for people that have been sacked for that very reason or for people that have been arested for stating a Christian belife.

b.o.ll.i.c.k.s to brussels! could not agree more but voting for UKIP wont solve the problem as thay will not win the election. There must be someone out there that can start a new political party that acts in the interest of the country and not in the interests of career driven MPs.

Merlin, you have got that spot on and I would agree 100%, I just wish that some of them where I live would read that post because a lot of then have no respect for the British way of life they are flooding into Leicester and taking over. You mention the English Language, I dont hear much English spoken as I cross the city center to get to work, its like living in a foreign land.
  7. Meat pies, rabbit pie, broth and leek pudding, you are making me feel hungry, what we need is a Bedlington book of recipe's Merlin, can we start with peas pudding?
  8. Me neither, I got caught to, same spot.
  9. Malcolm, every word of that is true but the jokes on us as we are all going to vote for the plonkers in a general election.

  12. If the Liberals get in Merlin there will not be any imrigants, Nike say's he'll make tham all legal citizens. Get your swimming trunks on as mainland UK will sink within six months of him getting power.
  13. Very sad news about a very well respected gentleman, Joe your posts will be greatly missed. R.I.P. mate.

  16. Gooden Brian, a nearly fell of me darn chair,
  17. "The weeks not over yet", how true that is but I did not like to mention that on my other post but your stil looking good for this months trophy
  18. Well I am shocked and horified that you could make such remarks about our coloured brethren, I don't think a report button is going to solve this one. This could be seen as a call to riot or even a war.
  19. I agree, banning smoking and drinking would not be the end of the world but would it be the begining of the end. As Mr D has said where would Gordon get his tax from. Banning everything and taking people's freedom of chioce away leads to nothing left except the air we breath, how long before the clown at number 10 starts to tax that? Just a thought. mercuryg, I understand the point you make about smoking not comming back but we are the people not Gordon and his cronies there only there to cary out our wishes and its time the people of this country got together and started making them do that. I am getting mighty sick of them telling me what I can do and cant do but have to listen to the lattest remarks (allegedly) I'm a cab for hire at £5000 a day, who do these idiots people think they are
  20. Congratulations Monsta, you have to be this weeks predictor of predictors, well played.
  21. I think he meant the alchies Monsta or I hope he did other wise it could be seen as a racist joke, not nice in this day and age, even the BNP allows our coloured friends to become members of their party. Shame on you Mr Darn

  23. I have never found any pleasure in sitting in home drinking a can of beer regardless of the cheap supermarket prices. I used to go to my local workingmen's club because I enjoyed the crack and could have a smoke with my pint, that stoped for me when this government brought in the smoking ban. The only time I visit a pub or workingmen's club is when I visit Bedlington and have a drink with old friends other than that Gordon can shove his no smoking ban up his jacksee cos I will not be going back to pubs or clubs until there are ashtrays on the table and I can light up. Sorry for the rant but I know I am not on my own with this one.
