Lamb and fresh mint from the garden, I can taste it now...drool And the yorkshire puds, I wish I could make them like my grannie used to, an leek pudding, an rabbit pie with a crust an inch thick with the cup in the middle to stop the pastry sagging. What we have lost by not taking notice :(

We have my cousin and his wife over here for a holiday, they are from Bedlington and she is a cracking good Geordie cook. i think i have put on 10kilo's since she has been here ............. :P

A short guy is sitting at a bar just staring at his drink for half an hour when this big trouble-making biker steps next to him, grabs his drink, gulps it down in one swig and then turns to the guy with a menacing stare as if to say, 'What'cha gonna do about it?"

The poor little guy starts crying.

"Come on man, I was just giving you a hard time," the biker says.. "I didn't think you'd CRY. I can't stand to see a man crying."

"This is the worst day of my life," says the little guy between sobs. "I can't do anything right. I overslept and was late to an important meeting, so my boss fired me. When I went to the parking lot, I found my car was stolen and I don't have any insurance. I left my wallet in the cab I took home."

He continues, crying even harder. "Then I found my wife in bed with the gardener and my dog bit me.

So, I came to this bar trying to work up the courage to put an end to my life, and then you show up and drink the damn poison."

A bloke walks into a Glasgow library and

its a rail tour, so its just passing train wont be stopping at any station, its a Railway Enthusitst special

the K1 tour though does stop at bedlington on the mainline to reseve to morpeth.

No it is not my local Pete i have been in there a few times when i am driving back from Brisbane they have the best pie shop in the world in one of the shops there it is a theme pub there are a number of them thru Aust.

Does the train stop in Bedlington and have they done the platform up at all ?
