If you read between the lines in an article in this weeks NPL. you will realise why the workmen are at Keith L's house. He has nicked the entire electrickery supply for the street lights to Terrier Close and re-directed it to his house thus blacking out the rest of the street leaving his neighbours in the dark and too scared to venture out after lighting up time. Apparrently this is in preparation for a Christmas light display at his house that will be seen from the mir space station. All at the expense of NCC.

I've resisted the itch to look it up, Malcom, but I'm thinking a Star Wars actor! but I wasn't a great fan of those flicks - except Carrie Fisher in that outfit.
